How do I know what size harness or bed to pick?
Every product detail page includes a dedicated measurement guide. For harnesses, measure your dog’s girth at the widest part of their ribcage. For beds, measure from nose to base of tail and add 15–20 cm for comfortable sprawling room.
Are there any hidden customs fees or duties?
Zero surprise fees. All NiruExpress shipments originate from within the European Union (Germany and Benelux fulfillment centers), so VAT is already accounted for and there are never border import taxes.
What materials are used in your food and water gear?
All bowls, mats, and travel bottles are crafted from 100% food-grade platinum silicone, food-safe glazed ceramic, or 304 stainless steel. Absolutely BPA, phthalate, and lead-free.
How does the 14-day trial return window work?
Try the harness or lead on clean home walks. If it pinches, slips, or the size isn't right, contact us within 14 days and we will issue an easy prepaid return label.
